The Tinyworld Project 2019 aims to bring together volunteers to understand and learn from the community of little people. This project was organised in conjunction of International Dwarfism Day 2019.

Achondroplasia is a genetic disorder that results in dwarfism. In those with the condition, the arms and legs are short, while the torso is typically of normal length. There are 996 little people who are registered with Pertubuhan Kebangsaan Orang Kerdil Malaysia (PKOKM) but there are more who do not register thinking that there are no support system for them.
