The Lost Food Project is a non-profit organisation in Malaysia that rescues quality, nutritious food that would otherwise end up in landfill, and redistributes this food to those who need it most – regardless of religion, gender, age, disability or ethnic group.
On the evening of Wednesday 4th December and the morning of Thursday 5 th December, we need volunteers to help us sort and clean the fresh fruit and vegetables that have come in to our warehouse from our food donors, as well as allocating dry goods between our partner charities.
Join a team of committed and friendly volunteers in making a difference to those living in food insecurity in KL and the Klang Valley. By volunteering your time with us, you’re directly impacting the lives of hundreds of some of the most vulnerable people in Malaysia.
Wednesday evening – from 7pm – 9:30pm Thursday morning – from 9am-11:30am
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the volunteering rota and register your interest.
Please note that spaces are limited for both Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings so booking is essential.
Should we not be able to accommodate on the specified dates, we would be delighted to book you into an alterative volunteering session at a later date.
